Responsibilities
Take the lead in managing and supporting several Digital Executives
Oversee the day-to-day execution and planning of social campaigns
Ensure seamless client communication
Report to a Digital Account Director
Responsible for delivering high-quality work and driving performance across key accounts
Focus on Paid Social with opportunities in Display and Video
Contribute to other digital channels including Search, Programmatic, and Partnerships
Lead the response to briefs and manage day-to-day media planning and activation for Paid Social strategy
Manage delivery of day-to-day client leadership across digital campaigns and activations
Own the end-to-end campaign set-up process including QA, budget pacing, and timely delivery of campaign reports
Lead weekly optimisation cycles using platform data and insights to recommend performance improvements
Deliver accurate and detailed media plans and support annual planning across paid social and wider digital channels
Support Account Directors in building and presenting strategic recommendations to clients
Requirements
Expertise in Paid Social activation with strong knowledge of platform tools (e.g., Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest etc.)
Proficiency in Pixel Tracking & Google Analytics
Strong understanding of measurement, attribution, and tracking
Proven ability to train and develop Account Executives
Previous line management experience with a track record of guiding and developing junior team members
Highly numerate and confident in setting and monitoring budgets across multiple campaigns
An ability to work across multiple campaigns in a fast-paced agency
