Senior Product Owner responsible for developing Order Management strategies for Kbrw, a SaaS company specializing in digital transformation. Collaborating across teams to enhance supply chain solutions.
Responsibilities
Decline the product strategy and roadmap at the squad level, and ensure their continuous execution.
Be the voice of the customer within your team, leading agile ceremonies (demos, PI plannings…).
Translate user needs into a clear and realistic product execution plan (short, medium and long term).
Participate in day-to-day functional deliverables: design, production of wireframes, writing and prioritizing user stories.
Support and promote the organization's agile transformation, in partnership with the Train PM.
Contribute to the medium- and long-term product vision, in collaboration with marketing, sales/pre-sales and legal teams.
Participate in the product center of excellence on market specificities to refine the offering's positioning against competitors.
Translate leadership strategy and decisions into concrete actions (epics, framing the “Why”).
Support pre-sales activities (product demonstrations, customer commitments).
Participate in defining Go-To-Market and collecting requirements from sales and account management teams.
Requirements
Degree in computer science, information technologies or equivalent (e.g., engineering school)
Proven experience in agile product management, ideally on complex SaaS solutions.
Basic knowledge of DevOps (CI/CD, iPaaS).
Experience coordinating between client, design and development.
Good understanding of agile frameworks (SAFe certification appreciated).
Experience in Order Management applied to supply chain execution is a real plus.
Team spirit and open-mindedness.
Excellent communication skills.
Analytical rigor and attention to detail.
Ability to structure, prioritize and deliver.
Fluent in French and very good command of English, both written and spoken.
