Responsibilities
Report to the Operations Director and take responsibility for the successful execution of campaigns across all delivery phases
Lead production planning, supplier coordination, and budget control to ensure every project is delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of execution
Translate creative visions into actionable plans while maintaining cost-efficiency and profitability
Translate briefs into detailed campaign project plans outlining scope, timing, and resources
Coordinate all production elements, suppliers, and freelancers to deliver high-quality campaigns
Ensure alignment with the creative vision, feasibility, and cost-efficiency throughout the production process
Partner with creative and client teams to bring innovative, practical solutions to life
Build and maintain a diverse, reliable, and agile supplier network while sourcing innovative partners
Minimize over-reliance on specific vendors to drive production excellence.
Requirements
4-6+ years of experience in events, activations, or TTL production within an agency environment
Proven track record of delivering medium to large-scale events from concept to reconciliation
Demonstrated experience managing full event budgets, including costing and supplier negotiations
Skilled in comprehensive project planning, documentation, and tracking
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder communication skills
Solid grounding in experiential marketing and creative production standards.
