About the role

  • Talent Engagement Consultant managing HR programs for Highmark Health, focusing on leadership and talent management. Supporting engagement and performance initiatives across multiple hospitals.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with Talent Engagement leadership, the Talent Engagement Consultant is responsible for activating talent initiatives through program implementation and project management.
  • Ensures initiative advancement with our Centers of Excellence and HR Ops to deliver integrated HR solutions and a consistent customer experience.
  • Provides guidance and coaching to leaders to improve management effectiveness, reinforce culture and improve engagement.
  • Shepherds leaders through annual HR cycles such as talent reviews and performance alignment and provides the Talent Engagement team and leadership updates on business unit progress, themes and insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Business related field or relevant education or experience as determined by the company in lieu of a degree
  • 5 years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with a strong emphasis on HR Business Partner or HR Generalist roles
  • Hospital experience required for AHN roles
