About the role
- Intern in Managed Services focusing on Cloud & Security Operations. Engage in maintaining Cloud infrastructures and automating tasks within a digital resilience environment.
Responsibilities
- Monitor the health of Cloud infrastructures and security alerts (SIEM/EDR) to ensure 24/7 availability.
- Diagnose anomalies (system, network, or security) and apply Level 1 remediation protocols.
- Participate in routine administration tasks (access management, backups, critical updates).
- Contribute to the automation of recurring tasks (scripting) and maintain our technical documentation.
- Maintain rigorous ticket follow-up and communicate with clients in a multicultural environment.
Requirements
- You are pursuing a Bachelor's (Bac+3) or Master's (Bac+5) degree in Computer Science, with a specialization in Cloud, Systems & Networks, or Cybersecurity.
- You have basic knowledge of Linux/Windows Server and core Cloud concepts (Azure, AWS, or private Cloud).
- You are known for your rigor, analytical ability, and customer service orientation.
- A good level of English is essential to communicate with our clients across four continents.
