About the role
- Consultant IAM guiding clients on identity and access management projects, aligning solutions with security and compliance requirements. Collaborate with teams to implement IAM platforms and processes.
Responsibilities
- Accompagnement de nos clients sur leurs projets de gestion des identités et des accès
- Pilotage de la mise en œuvre de solutions IAM en garantissant leur alignement avec les enjeux de sécurité
- Recueillir, analyser et formaliser les besoins métiers en matière d'identité, d'accès et de gouvernance
- Installer, configurer et paramétrer les plateformes IAM
- Animer les ateliers clients et conduire le change management autour des nouveaux processus IAM
Requirements
- Diplômé(e) d’une école d’ingénieur ou formation universitaire équivalente
- Un bon niveau d'anglais
- Première expérience dans l'intégration de projets IAM ou dans la fonction de consultant fonctionnel
- Idéalement une certification sur Saviynt, Memority, EntraID, Ping identity
- Connaissance des enjeux de la gestion des identités, modèles de rôles, gestion des droits et workflows
- Compétences relationnelles fortes : capacité de communication, sens de la pédagogie
