About the role
- Senior Financial Analyst leading financial analysis and reporting for Advocate Health. Responsible for advanced financial models, budgeting, compliance, and mentoring staff in a hybrid work environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead advanced financial analysis and reporting to support strategic initiatives, capital planning, and organizational goals

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
