Responsibilities

- intervenir sur l’ensemble du cycle industrialisation : de la compréhension du besoin client jusqu’à la vie série, en intégrant les exigences qualité, coût, délai, sécurité et DVI
- Analyser l’expression du besoin client et consolider les exigences techniques
- Préparer et rédiger la Proposition Technico‑Financière (PTF)
- Organiser les jalons internes et ouvrir le lot projet dans SAP
- Conduire l’ensemble des métiers : BE, Méthodes, Achats, Qualité, Production, Supply Chain
- Rédiger et valider les gammes et modes opératoires
- Piloter les essais industriels, analyser les résultats et lever les non‑conformités
- Assurer la montée en cadence et le soutien à la production
- Garantir la conformité des livrables et le respect des jalons
- Optimiser les processus, flux et moyens industriels
- Participer aux démarches Lean, 5S, résolution de problèmes (8D, AMDEC)
- Proposer des optimisations techniques et organisationnelles
Requirements
- Bac+5 ou Bac+3 avec expérience significative en industrialisation
- Expérience en environnement aéronautique appréciée
- Connaissance du fonctionnement d’un client aéronautique / défense
