- Develop and manage project budgets, track costs, and ensure financial accountability
- Prepare financial forecasts, variance analysis, and cost optimization strategies
- Define scope, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies for technical and financial challenges
- Ensure adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies and continuous improvement practices
- Identify and drive new business opportunities within the project context
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations when applicable
- Prepare and present status and financial reports to senior management and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in project and delivery management within software development
- Proven experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
- PMP or similar certification is a plus
- Experience managing international projects, including coordination across multiple geographies and cultures
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of modern software architectures (microservices, APIs)
