Customer Service Executive ensuring efficient order to cash cycle for internal and external clients. Collaborating with sales, logistics, and planning teams for accurate order processing.
Responsibilities
Garantizar la atención oportuna y eficiente a clientes internos y externos en el ciclo Order to Cash, asegurando el cumplimiento de tiempos, exactitud y calidad en el servicio.
Administrar y dar seguimiento al ciclo de pedidos de clientes en el sistema, buscando siempre precisión y automatización.
Coordinar con áreas internas (Ventas, Logística, Demand Planning y Supply) para garantizar disponibilidad y cumplimiento de entregas.
Elaborar, revisar y timbrar facturas conforme a requisitos fiscales y de cada cliente.
Dar seguimiento a pagos y plazos de cobranza, asegurando consistencia en la información.
Resolver consultas, aclaraciones o incidencias de clientes internos y externos.
Generar análisis de desempeño de clientes y KPIs de servicio.
Participar en proyectos de mejora continua y automatización (BI, macros, RPA).
Requirements
Formación: Ingeniería Industrial, Logística, Sistemas o afines.
Inglés intermedio.
Experiencia: 1–3 años en Customer Service, planeación o Supply Chain.
Conocimientos técnicos: SAP (módulos de pedidos, facturación y logística).
Excel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, fórmulas, manejo de bases de datos, macros).
Facturación electrónica / EDI.
Deseable: uso de Power BI u otras herramientas de Business Intelligence.
Otros skills: Orientación al cliente y construcción de relaciones.
Pensamiento analítico y atención al detalle.
Organización y gestión del tiempo.
