Responsibilities
Design end-to-end architecture for Amazon Connect implementations, including call flows, routing logic, and customer experience journeys.
Define and implement integration strategies with AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Lex) and external systems (CRM platforms, APIs).
Act as the technical lead and primary point of contact for stakeholders during design and delivery phases.
Ensure security, compliance, and adherence to AWS best practices and organizational standards.
Optimize system performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
Prepare architecture diagrams, solution design documents, and technical specifications.
Collaborate with development teams, project managers, and business analysts to ensure successful delivery.
Requirements
Proven expertise in Amazon Connect and the AWS ecosystem.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect.
Experience designing and implementing cloud-based contact center solutions.
Strong knowledge of API integrations; event-driven & serverless architectures.
Understanding of security best practices and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, PCI DSS).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with architecture frameworks such as AWS Well-Architected or TOGAF.
Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce or ServiceNow.
Proven expertise in delivering AI-embedded solutions
Knowledge of AI/ML services for conversational interfaces (e.g., Amazon Lex).
Background in telephony systems and omnichannel customer experience.
Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics tools.
