Bilingual Sales Operations Specialist for Cardinal Health supporting operations and sales communications for custom packs. Involves liaising with clients and internal teams to manage production and inventory.
Responsibilities
Liaise between Presource operations and Cardinal Health clients.
Ensure internal communication with sales representatives and the production facility.
Identify solutions for alternative production facilities and requests for temporary versions.
Track reports and upload contracted pricing into the system.
Provide various reports to the Sales team, the Surgical Products team, and the Senior Manager.
Ensure smooth and efficient planning and execution of quotes and forecast management.
Communicate updates to production facility policies and procedures.
Requirements
Recent university graduate.
1–2 years of experience.
Post-secondary education and prior experience in the healthcare sector are preferred.
Experience in customer service or sales.
Proficiency with Excel, various systems and databases, Word and PowerPoint, and SAP.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time independently.
