About the role

  • Senior Associate, Process Manager designing and maintaining AML training materials for Capital One. Collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts on instructional design and learner engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain learning materials and performance support tools based on industry design standards for a given modality
  • Create measurable learning objectives, leaders and participant materials and tools, experiential scenarios, case studies, simulations, and assessment and evaluation questions
  • Provide training solutions that demonstrate an understanding of adult learning principles
  • Participate in project kick off meetings, check-ins with team members and/or stakeholders
  • Conduct stakeholder, subject matter expert, and learner interviews
  • Recommend and document project instructional standards and strategies
  • Engage with project team members by conducting on-going reviews to ensure outcomes are on track
  • Partner with content developers to support material development as needed
  • Create behavior-based case studies, assessments, and evaluation methods
  • Assist leadership by identifying issues, diagnosing problems, generating alternative solutions
  • Assume personal responsibility for projects and follow-through to completion
  • Manage multiple e-learning projects at one time
  • Create buy in for training modalities and hold self, team and/or stakeholders accountable to project timelines

Requirements

  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 2 years experience in instructional design methodology
  • At least 2 years experience in content development
  • At least 2 years experience in Authoring applications using Captivate or Articulate
  • At least 2 years experience using Google Suite
  • At least 1 year experience with video and audio editing
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • 3+ years experience in instructional design methodology (ADDIE/SAM/AGILE) and content development (preferred)
  • 3+ years experience in Authoring applications: Captivate, Articulate (preferred)
  • 3+ years of experience with video and audio editing (preferred)
  • Experience integrating HTML, CSS, and/or JavaScript in Authoring applications (preferred)
  • Experience with project management and managing multiple, simultaneous tasks (preferred)
  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) experience (preferred)
