Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Military Experience
At least 4 years of People Management experience
At least 5 years of Process Management experience
Masters Degree in Engineering, Process Management, Management, Finance, Data Science, Business or Business Administration (MBA) preferred
5+ years of People Management experience preferred
Lean Process Management, Six Sigma, or Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification preferred
4+ years of experience leveraging data to drive business recommendations preferred
6+ years of experience in Business Operations, Risk Management, Management Consulting, or Operational Analytics preferred
Experience with process mapping software (ex: Visio, Lucidchart, BPMN tools, etc.) preferred.
