Ensure benefits are competitive, cost-effective, compliant, and aligned with our Total Rewards strategy.
Oversee benefits administration, vendor management, budgeting, and benefit launches in new locations.
Automate benefits-related processes and drive continuous process improvement.
Requirements
5+ years in benefits or Total Rewards roles in multinational organizations.
Expertise in benefits administration, compliance, and statutory reporting.
Experience setting up benefits in new markets and managing transitions between vendors. Background in benefits benchmarking, analytics, and strategic recommendation.
Ability to manage complex, cross-regional benefits topics with attention to detail.
Strong project management skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-changing, international environment.
