Responsibilities
Provide first line support to internal clients on HR services and programs
Communicate and respond to HR inquiries regarding benefits, policies, and development matters
Support HR Partner, Country HR Manager, and Talent Partner team in data analysis and organizational design
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes for associates
Maintain HR operations and foster a positive workplace environment
Requirements
Excellent written and verbal English required
2 to 3 years of administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources
Outstanding customer service skills and sense of urgency in a services environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong understanding of HR processes and business rules
Strong report-writing/data analysis skills
High level of technical proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with HRIS systems preferred
Organizational Skills to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities efficiently
