About the role
- AEM Senior Developer responsible for developing scalable AEM solutions for insurance clients. Collaborating to enhance digital platforms for customer engagement, policy servicing, and claims management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations tailored to insurance use cases
- Collaborate with architects and business analysts to translate insurance requirements into scalable AEM solutions
- Implement responsive and accessible front-end interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
- Integrate AEM with backend systems such as policy administration, CRM, and analytics platforms
- Ensure code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to development best practices
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, estimation, and delivery
- Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities across multiple insurance platforms
- Troubleshoot issues and provide timely resolutions in alignment with service-level expectations
Requirements
- - Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager including Sites and Assets
- - Proficiency in Java, J2EE, Sling, OSGi, and RESTful services
- - Experience in front-end development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and client-side libraries
- - Familiarity with insurance processes such as customer onboarding, policy servicing, and claims workflows
- - Exposure to DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based AEM deployments
- - Ability to work in a collaborative environment with cross-functional teams
- - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelors or Master’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering or related field
- AEM Cloud migration expertise
