About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop, update and review management dashboards and databases related to contract management, follow-up and asset quality, according to the schedule defined by Petrobras.
- Perform critical analyses of the information in the dashboards, integrating data with areas such as warehousing, planning, finance and procurement.
- Track and monitor managerial action plans, ensuring execution and control of resulting tasks.
- Create tools for control and traceability of materials, packaging, containers, contracts and purchase orders.
- Develop solutions for updating procurement systems and documents (ServiceNow, SAP HANA, SAP Ariba), supporting the management of operational and capital goods contracts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of proven experience in data analysis (documented in employment record or other employment contract).
- Proficiency in the local language and technical writing skills;
- Advanced Office Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint);
- SAP systems and derivatives (Ariba, SAP S/4HANA, YARD, etc);
- Email clients;
- Petronect portal;
- Structured Query Language (SQL);
- Advanced Business Intelligence (BI) tools;
- Programming languages Python, R or Julia (intermediate level or higher);
