About the role

• Product Owner Jr at Contato Seguro managing stakeholder connections and overseeing product roadmap. Working collaboratively with teams and utilizing agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Control the end-to-end delivery cadence using Agile methodology;
• Guide the team in decision-making;
• Maintain constant contact with stakeholders;
• Manage the product roadmap, maintaining and prioritizing the backlog according to company strategy;
• Conduct benchmarking;
• Write User Stories and documentation;
• Seek and secure the necessary resources for task execution;
• Approve or reject the results presented;
• Actively participate in the development and evolution of products, from conception to delivery.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field; postgraduate studies in progress will be a plus.
• Leadership: Ability to inspire, guide, and engage the team, fostering a collaborative, results-oriented environment;
• Good communication: Ability to convey information clearly and efficiently, facilitating alignment between stakeholders and technical teams;
• Organizational skills: Focus on structuring tasks and priorities, ensuring project delivery with quality and on time;
• Proactivity: Ability to identify and resolve issues before they become larger challenges, contributing to the continuous improvement of the product and processes;
• Detail-oriented: Attention to detail to ensure excellence in task execution and quality of deliverables;
