Responsibilities
Act as a thought partner to the VP of Talent & Culture on organizational design, workforce planning, and people strategy.
Serve as the operational lead for People programs, ensuring seamless integration across Culture, TA, and Leadership Development initiatives.
Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations matters, guiding resolution in a fair, consistent, and value-driven manner.
Equip managers to engage in constructive ongoing feedback and coaching conversations.
Foster an environment where employees feel empowered to provide upward feedback and engage in open dialogue with management.
Partner with Finance to manage compensation strategy, pay bands, and benefits optimization.
Own the company’s performance review process, ensuring it promotes growth, accountability, and transparency.
Own onboarding/offboarding, policy management, and employee records accuracy.
Represent Talent & Culture in cross-functional leadership meetings as needed.
Oversee HRIS, data integrity, and people analytics to support business decisions.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.
Lead process automation and AI-driven efficiencies in HR workflows.
Lead, coach, and develop the People Operations Manager, HR Coordinator, and Office Coordinator.
Requirements
7+ years of progressive HR/People Operations experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role.
Experience scaling people operations in a growth-stage tech or SaaS company preferred.
Strong understanding of HR systems, analytics, and compliance.
Strategic thinker with strong execution and influence across levels.
Experience in change management and process optimization (AI and automation a plus).
