Responsibilities
Perform administrative tasks within the Group's companies, managing documents in both physical and digital formats;
Provide administrative support to the Management Office's business areas for their administrative needs;
Prepare management reports, control spreadsheets, and results presentations including performance indicators;
Actively collaborate on process control and continuous improvement initiatives within the company;
Provide direct support to the Operations Management team of the Management Office.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration
Proficient with Microsoft Office and similar tools
