About the role
- Senior Data Analyst focused on building automated Power BI reports and dashboards. Supports stakeholders with data-driven insights and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Work in partnership with more experienced analysts and internal stakeholders to translate business needs into data solutions;
- Support the development of automated dashboards and reports (Power BI);
- Bring best practices for the maintenance and support of automated reports and dashboards (Power BI);
- Perform exploratory analyses and identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for improvement;
- Support data-driven decision making by advising teams on the most appropriate ways to consume data and which data is most suitable for each business situation;
- Monitor digital performance metrics and help generate insights to optimize strategies.
Requirements
- Experience gathering requirements and understanding business problems, with the ability to translate real pain points into data-driven solutions;
- Strong knowledge of Excel, SQL, and data modeling;
- Experience building reports and dashboards in data visualization tools — Power BI is mandatory; familiarity with other tools is a plus;
- Clear communication skills with both technical teams and business areas;
- Confidence interacting with various stakeholders, including executives, acting as a bridge between data and decision-making;
- Ability to translate technical solutions into understandable, value-oriented messages for customers;
- Experience with agile methodologies and task management tools (preferably Jira);
- Advanced English (for reading, writing, and occasional communication in meetings).
