About the role
- Account Analyst responsible for managing client projects to establish strong relationships at Cadastra. Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client agency performance.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring deadlines, scope and budget are met;
- Plan and monitor schedules, deliverables and resources, maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders;
- Act as a facilitator between multidisciplinary teams, promoting integration and engagement to achieve project objectives;
- Identify risks and propose proactive solutions to minimize impacts;
- Ensure quality and that deliverables meet client expectations;
- Prepare status reports and present results to clients and leadership;
- Actively participate in identifying opportunities to improve internal processes.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of prior project management experience, preferably in digital or marketing environments;
- Knowledge of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana or similar;
- Ability to work with agile (Scrum, Kanban) and traditional methodologies;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation;
- Strong organization, planning and prioritization skills;
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Advertising, Engineering, Technology or related fields;
- Project management certifications (PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, etc.) are a strong differential;
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint desired;
- Proactivity, ownership mindset and ease working in a team.
