Responsibilities
- **Role Overview****The Chief Technology Officer (CTO) is responsible for defining and executing Boston Health AI’s global technology and AI strategy. This leader will architect and scale advanced AI systems, grow and mentor distributed engineering teams, and ensure that our solutions are clinically safe, operationally robust, and globally deployable.****The CTO will report to the CEO and collaborate closely with the COO, clinical leaders, product teams, and the Founding Technical Adviser (Amer) to elevate Hami into a category-defining global platform.
Requirements
- **Minimum Qualifications****• 10 or more years of senior engineering or technology leadership (CTO, VP Engineering, Head of ML)**• Deep expertise in LLMs, generative AI, agent architectures, and real-time inference**• Strong background in ML infrastructure, MLOps, and cloud computing (Azure preferred)**• Experience deploying AI in regulated environments, ideally healthcare**• Ability to translate clinical research and scientific literature into model design**• Proven leadership of distributed and international engineering teams**• Strong architectural judgment with both strategic and hands-on capability****
