Responsibilities
Lead the strategy and execution of Byrider’s national vendor ecosystem and key franchise events.
Develop high-impact vendor partnerships that deliver measurable economic value to franchisees.
Ensure successful planning and execution of corporate and franchise events that strengthen engagement.
Partner closely with senior leadership, Franchise Operations, Finance, and Marketing to align strategies.
Establish performance standards and drive accountability across vendor relationships.
Manage vendor agreements, renewals, compliance requirements, and contract adherence.
Develop and manage a Strategic Vendor Partner program, including defined criteria, designation process, and annual evaluation.
Lead a structured Quarterly Business Review (QBR) process with key vendors to assess performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
5+ years of experience in vendor management, event leadership, or a related field.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in a multi-location or franchise environment.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, manage budgets, and provide actionable insights.
Demonstrated experience supporting or influencing contract negotiations and vendor strategy.
Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute effectively in a fast-paced environment.
