About the role
- Social security advisor assisting members with social insurance law in a hybrid position. Collaborating with volunteers and providing comprehensive advice in various legal contexts.
Responsibilities
- You independently advise and represent our members in all matters of social insurance law, law concerning severely disabled persons, basic income support and compensation law — from filing applications through to the objection procedure.
- You enjoy working with volunteers in the district association and the associated local branches.
- You actively maintain and cultivate member relationships.
- Occasionally you are willing to take part in trade fair appearances, conferences or meetings.
Requirements
- You have a completed degree or a completed vocational qualification with solid knowledge of social law, or a comparable qualification or relevant experience.
- You have experience in advisory work and the ability to explain complex issues in a clear and understandable way.
- You bring empathy combined with a rational, structured approach.
- You are confident in using MS Office applications.
