Responsibilities
First-level support for IT requests related to BURGER GROUP's IT services
Procurement and management of hardware and software
Installation, configuration, management and maintenance of end-user hardware (Windows, mobile devices)
Close collaboration with the global IT team
Administration and maintenance of the Microsoft 365 environment, including Entra ID, SharePoint, user management, license management and security policies
Management and maintenance of Active Directory (user accounts, Group Policy, OU structures)
Documentation of IT processes and creation of user manuals
Training and support of employees in the use of Microsoft 365 tools, IT security tools and other IT services
Requirements
Completed vocational training in the IT field, e.g. Fachinformatiker Systemintegration or a comparable qualification
Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
Experience managing Active Directory and Group Policy
Practical experience in IT support, user helpdesk and working with ticketing systems
Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
Strong communication skills and service orientation
High quality awareness and strong customer service mindset
Highly motivated to work in an international team
Good written and spoken English skills
