Responsibilities
Collect and verify variable payroll elements and enter fixed payroll data
Prepare and review payslips
Manage payroll closing operations
Prepare statutory social declarations and liaise with social security agencies
Provide administrative support for employees throughout their employment lifecycle
Produce monthly and quarterly HR/social reports
Support and advise managers and employees on payroll-related questions
Requirements
Two-year post-secondary qualification (Bac+2) or equivalent (e.g., BTS, DUT)
3 years' experience in a payroll administrator role
Knowledge of the Public Works (Travaux Publics - TP) collective bargaining agreement
