- Assistente Financeiro managing accounts payable processes at Bun/Buntech in Brazil. Collaborating with internal areas and ensuring accuracy in financial transactions.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for accounts payable processes, acting as a business partner to the company’s internal departments;
- Verify incoming payments with banks;
- Post payments in the system and perform bank reconciliations;
- Issue and update boletos (bank payment slips) and maintain up-to-date Excel reports;
- Pursue collections for advances and monitor the payments aging list (Aging List of payments);
- Ensure zero delinquency in accounts payable processes;
- Support and respond to internal and external audits.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Finance;
- Knowledge of financial practices (projections, provisions, and budget vs. actual analysis);
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office;
- Knowledge of financial mathematics;
- Familiarity with Power BI;
- Experience with the TOTVS system;
- Knowledge of project and process management.
