About the role
- Behavioral Therapist providing 1:1 support to children diagnosed with Autism. Implementing intervention plans and managing challenging behaviors in various settings.
Responsibilities
- Direct 1:1 intervention with children with autism and related needs
- Implementing behavior intervention plans with fidelity
- Managing challenging behaviors safely and professionally
- Remaining calm, regulated, and engaged during difficult moments
- Accurate data collection and documentation
- Professional communication with supervisors and families
- Adapting to evolving systems, schedules, and clinical software
- Working in in-home, school, and/or clinic-based settings
Requirements
