Requirements
- Licensed to practice in the state of Illinois
- Graduated from a Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field from an accredited program
- Demonstrated proficiency in a range of therapeutic modalities
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong commitment to Tides' mission and core values
