- Support with order tracking, processing and completion
- Assist purchasing with pulls of raw materials from our warehouse and coordinate between our warehouse and co-packers
- Plan and organize transports with our logistics partners and book goods movements
- Prepare regular reports
- Support projects and operational tasks within the supply chain
- Handle complaints/claims management (especially related to warehouse, logistics and co-packers)
- Review and approve invoices
Requirements
- Enrolled student in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a comparable field
- First experience in logistics, operations or procurement is a plus but not required
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Independent, proactive hands-on mentality
- Confident user of Google Workspace or MS Office, especially Excel
- Fluent German (spoken and written); good English skills desirable
