About the role
- IT Consultant involved in ERP software implementation and support for service companies in Berlin. Requires strong commercial background and excellent German language skills.
Responsibilities
- Als Teil des Projektteams begleiten Sie die Einführung von maßgeschneiderten ERP- Lösungen in Dienstleistungsunternehmen.
- Dabei führen Sie die Schulungen von Anwendern und Administratoren selbst durch.
- In Workshops nehmen Sie Kundenanforderungen auf und planen die Schritte der Umsetzung gemeinsam mit den Kollegen und den externen Ansprechpartnern.
- Auch der Softwaretest und die Qualitätssicherung wird Teil Ihrer Aufgaben sein, um ein zufriedenstellendes Kundenergebnis sicherzustellen.
- Der Kundensupport bei technischen und inhaltlichen Fragen rundet ihr Aufgabengebiet ab.
Requirements
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Bereich z.B. Auftragsbearbeitung, Finanz- oder Lohnbuchhaltung
- Neugier, Eigenverantwortung und technische Affinität
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen (vorteilhaft)
- Erste Kenntnisse in Microsoft Dynamics NAV / Business Central, Power BI oder Power Apps (vorteilhaft)
