Responsibilities
Monitor and manage networks using NOC and SOC tools, ensuring high availability and reliability of services.
Investigate and resolve Level 3 incidents, performing detailed troubleshooting.
Configure, analyze and optimize routing protocols: BGP, OSPF and MPLS.
Provide specialized support for SIP telephony, including call analysis, log review and quality of service assessment.
Work on virtualization and cloud projects, ensuring scalability and redundancy.
Document processes, incidents and improvements, ensuring knowledge transfer to the team.
Interact with internal teams, vendors and corporate clients in high-criticality environments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Networking, Computer Science or related fields.
Hands-on experience in telecom operator or ISP environments.
Advanced knowledge of routing (BGP, OSPF, MPLS).
Experience with IP telephony (SIP, VoIP) and call quality analysis.
Experience in network monitoring via NOC and SOC (Zabbix, Grafana, Prometheus, Nagios, Splunk, etc.).
Knowledge of Cloud (OpenStack, VMware, KVM) and virtualization with Proxmox.
Experience with Huawei and ZTE equipment and solutions (switches, routers and transmission platforms).
Technical English for reading and interpreting documentation.
