About the role
- Investment Operations Lead managing Product Operations team for the Bank’s Investment division. Ensuring key processes and delivery of service levels while driving relationship with internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Manage the Operational team (circa 17 FTE)
- Focused on delivery of service levels to the Bank’s Investment division
- Ensure the delivery of key processes and management of associated risk
- Develop solutions whilst maintaining delivery to meet ongoing needs
- Drive stakeholder relationships with key internal colleagues
- Build core relationships with the Investment Business
- Integrate new activities into the Product Operations team and help define and implement changes to the target operating model
- Support the management of critical operational and risk management within the Bank
Requirements
- Broad experience in financial services
- Substantial experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Expertise in leading and building high performing operations teams
- Experience of Investment, Fund, Venture Capital and/or Banking Products
- Regulatory experience preferred
