Responsibilities
- Responsible for driving excellence and managing risk across IT Service Governance, Information Security Governance, and Business Resilience
- Ensure governance frameworks, risk controls, compliance measures, and resilience strategies are integrated and aligned with the Bank’s objectives
- Lead a team responsible for designing, implementing, and improving governance processes
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, constructive challenge, collaboration, and outcome focus
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to provide strategic direction, operational oversight, and guidance
- Optimise IT Service Management and Agile Project Delivery tools
- Drive improvements in processes, technology, and service delivery
- Support the development of policies, contracts, and controls that reduce risk and enhance efficiency
