About the role

Responsibilities
- Build and publish **interactive Power BI dashboards** with advanced DAX, drill‑downs, bookmarks, and optimized visuals.
- Integrate and model data from **SQL Server, Snowflake, SAP (optional)**, and other enterprise systems using **Microsoft Fabric**.
- Develop and maintain **Fabric data pipelines** for seamless, real-time reporting.
- Optimize queries, stored procedures, and ETL processes for high-performance analytics.
- Implement **Row-Level and Object-Level Security** to ensure secure data access.
- Lead and mentor a team of BI developers; collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
Requirements
- Expertise in **Power BI, DAX, Power Query**, and dashboard storytelling.
- Strong **SQL** skills including complex queries and performance tuning.
- Hands-on experience with **Microsoft Fabric**, lakehouse architecture, and pipelines.
- (Optional) Experience in **SSIS/SSAS** or SAP data integrations.
- Certifications such as **PL‑300** or **DP‑203**.
- Experience with data governance, observability, or migration projects (e.g., Synapse → Fabric).
- Knowledge of **Python/R** for advanced analytics (optional).
