Responsibilities
- Design, implementation and further development of existing ETL pipelines
- Modeling and optimization of Data Marts
- Design and enhancement of OLAP structures (SSAS cubes)
- Development and customization of reports and dashboards
- Close coordination with requirements management and business units
- Translating business requirements into cost-effective solutions
- Assessing technical feasibility of requirements and preparing decision-making materials for stakeholders
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science or Business Informatics, or several years of professional experience in the field
- Experience in data warehousing (DWH), BI, or ETL environments
- Solid knowledge of databases (ideally Microsoft SQL Server)
- ETL development (ideally with SSIS)
- Database and data-mart modeling
- Report creation
- Interest in long-term project assignments
- Ability to translate requirements in a structured yet pragmatic way
- Understanding of cost-effectiveness and prioritization
- Excellent German language skills (minimum C1)
