About the role
- Join NORRIQ as a Junior BI Consultant to develop data insights via Microsoft tools. Engage with clients to enhance their data-driven decision-making processes in a hybrid role.
Responsibilities
- Help customers better understand their data and translate numbers into actionable insights.
- Learn about business processes and reporting.
- Translate business questions into clear reports and dashboards in Power BI.
- Work with business stakeholders and technical colleagues.
- Support requirements gathering and structuring.
- Build interactive dashboards and reports for customers.
- Test and refine reports for quality and usability.
- Guide end users with demos and documentation.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in an economic, technological or analytical field.
- Initial experience or strong interest in data analysis, reporting or Business Intelligence.
- Analytical and structured mindset.
- Strong interest in how businesses operate and how data can help them.
- Curiosity about tools such as Power BI, Azure, Fabric or other Microsoft technologies.
- Enjoy working in a project-based environment.
- Fluent in Dutch and professional level of English; knowledge of French is a plus.
