Responsibilities
First point of contact for comprehensive advisory services to our existing customers on financing, investment business, and cross-selling
Develop targeted strategies for the proactive management of the customer portfolio
Actively integrate ESG (environmental, social, governance) considerations into daily activities
Collaborate with colleagues in the Credit Unit to develop tailored solutions for clients
Maintain a regular presence at regional events and networking meetings to strengthen the bank’s market position
Requirements
Degree in economics/business administration, industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification
Completed banking training or substantial experience in project business
Enthusiasm for banking and lending activities, and ideally initial experience or strong interest in the energy sector
Confident presence and strong negotiation skills
Good teamwork and communication skills, self-initiative, and a strong customer focus
