Responsibilities
Oversee and ensure consistent application of our competency framework across recruitment, performance, and progression
Shape and deliver our strategic People roadmap
Monitor and report on the commercial impact of People initiatives
Partner closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with commercial objectives
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on team structures and team performance
Facilitate sessions with leaders to align priorities and address capability gaps
Help refine performance review processes in line with business needs
Lead initiatives to embed the company’s vision, mission, and values into practices
Optimize onboarding and offboarding processes for a consistent employee experience
Develop employee wellbeing initiatives aligned with team norms
Requirements
Proven experience in a People leadership role
Strong commercial acumen
Ability to shape and deliver strategic People initiatives
Experience in managing performance frameworks
Strong analytical skills to measure and report on people initiatives
Experience in collaboration with executive leadership
Familiarity with competency frameworks and career development
Ability to deliver training and development programs
Strong interpersonal skills to promote a culture of open feedback
