About the role

• Analista de Negócio Pleno no Brasilseg responsável por implementação de iniciativas para retenção de clientes e aumento da percepção de valor.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and develop initiatives aimed at leveraging customer retention and loyalty strategy.
• Implement and monitor pilots/POCs to test hypotheses in order to capture opportunities to improve perceived value and retention.
• Interact with customer-related areas at BB Seguros and with Brasilseg Product teams to identify business opportunities that positively impact results and/or the customer experience.
• Monitor customer indicators and propose actions to amplify results.
• Create and update presentations on results and the area’s strategies.
• Manage the backlog of initiatives to optimize the profitability of the customer portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (completed);
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills;
• Knowledge of business topics and customer experience-related matters;
• Familiarity with goals or performance indicators related to customer experience;
• Differential: experience querying databases using SQL.
