About the role
- Werkstudent responsible for video creation and graphic design for social media campaigns. Utilizing AI tools for creative processes in a hybrid online marketing environment.
Responsibilities
- Creation of videos, reels & short-form content for social ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube)
- Design of graphics, banners, social media creatives and website assets
- Use of AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, Canva AI, Adobe Firefly, ElevenLabs) for ideation and production
- Development of landing page visuals, icons and simple illustrations
- Support with branding and design tasks for internal and external projects
- Collaboration on the conception of new ad campaigns and creative approaches
Requirements
- Enrolled student in media, design, marketing or a related field
- Experience with editing or design software (e.g., Adobe Premiere/After Effects, CapCut, Canva, Figma)
- Creative with a good eye for aesthetics and current trends
- Initial experience with AI-assisted tools or a strong willingness to learn them
- Quick learner, able to work independently and keen on varied tasks
- Nice to have: experience in performance marketing / social ads
