Responsibilities
Management of corporate accounts;
Process Management: Map, review and optimize the procurement flow; propose process improvements and automations;
Governance and Compliance: Manage procurement processes, ensuring transparency and auditability of contracts;
Strategic Sourcing: Lead complex negotiations for corporate categories;
Supplier Management: Develop and monitor supplier performance KPIs and implement risk matrices;
Digital Transformation: Identify and implement technological tools.
Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics or related fields.
Experience: Solid experience in indirect/corporate procurement and prior involvement in process structuring or governance.
Proficiency in ERP systems.
Advanced Excel and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI is a plus).
Knowledge of Lean or Six Sigma methodologies applied to processes.
Specialization or MBA in Supply Chain Management is a plus.
Experience in digital transformation projects in procurement is a plus.
Prior experience in Governance and Processes is a plus.
Knowledge of e-Sourcing tools and process automation is a plus.
