Responsibilities

Requirements
College Degree
1-2 years of experience working in a client or customer service role
Strong attention to detail & highly organized
Possess strong interpersonal skills, a team-based attitude, and a desire to collaborate
Effective use of technology/software
Flexible to changing circumstances and client needs
Desire to provide concierge quality customer service
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong attention to detail, ability to learn quickly, and maintain confidentiality.
Effective communicator with strong multitasking, prioritization, interpersonal skills, and a collaborative, client-focused mindset.
Preferred: Experience in financial services or a professional services environment involving compliance and adherence to regulations
