Responsibilities
Working as a Client Services lead on key and complex required accounts
Troubleshooting senior client delivery issues alongside Seniors and VPs
Supporting annual scope and contract renewals, growth proposals or pitches
Oversight of key agency opportunities, running and winning pitch and proposal processes
Creating new opportunities through account plans, client marketing, networking, relationship building
Frequent and clear reporting of growth and pipeline across accounts
Requirements
7+ years of people leadership experience in a Client Services role in an agency setting
Good understanding of social first delivery (strategy, creative, media and management)
Strong understanding of the principles of good project management and Client Services
Experience in the commercial running of account work
Proven track record of retaining, developing and ultimately growing accounts
Passionate about improving client experience and love the relationship development needed to do this
Ideally, experience working with global brands, even better in FMCG
