About the role
- IT Systemadministrator managing hybrid IT infrastructure and Microsoft 365 services in a dynamic IT team. Responsibilities include security, administration, and support for IT infrastructure.
Responsibilities
- Operation and administration of our hybrid IT infrastructure (on-premises, cloud and Microsoft 365)
- Administration of our Windows Server and Active Directory environment
- Operation and monitoring of backup and restore solutions
- Analysis and sustainable resolution of more complex incidents
- Support and further development of our Microsoft 365 services (including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
- Participation in IT security and network topics
- Implementation of technical security measures
- Participation in firewall, network and access concept development
- Planning, evaluation and introduction of new systems and technologies
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation, standards and operational concepts
Requirements
- Completed IT vocational training or a degree in IT
- Several years of experience in system and infrastructure administration
- Good knowledge in IT security and cloud technologies
- Independent, solution-oriented and responsible working style
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly
- Good German language skills, spoken and written (C1/C2)
