About the role

Responsibilities
- Lead a team of supply chain professionals, project managers, and business analysts to support the development and deployment of SAP S/4HANA system
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support development of end-to-end process flows
- Partner with the BCA Digital program on the development and execution of the holistic ERP architecture plan
- Monitor and report on team performance metrics
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal supply chain partners and external stakeholders
- Apply SAP Activate methodology and Agile principles to support iterative delivery and continuous improvement
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Fulfillment, Engineering or Manufacturing
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 5+ years of experience in leading through influence and partnering with cross-functional teams on projects
- Experience analyzing and applying metrics to enable key business decisions and process improvement
- 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining relationships and partnerships with Supply Chain customers, stakeholders, peers, and partners
- Relevant industry certification such as Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
