Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing, aerospace, or defense industries.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and disciplines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in risk management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
