Responsibilities
Collaborate within the organization and global teams to support efficient operations
Provide administrative support to leadership, visitors and other team members
Proactively manage Outlook calendars and virtual resource tools
Coordinate and reconcile schedule conflicts with multiple executives
Ensure conference room resources are maintained
Set up WebEx and teleconferences as needed
Coordinate and make domestic and international business travel arrangements
Plan and implement logistics for internal/external events
Assist management with compliance to Travel Policies
Provide assistance to maintain electronic and written communication
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree is required as basic qualification
Excellent English language skills (written and oral)
Strong organizational skills
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office 2013 tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook
Positive and proactive working attitude
High ethical and integrity standards
Ability to learn and apply new skills
Ability to work under limited supervision
12 or more years' related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
